Weight. Loss of it.
\My bf is Italian...and that means..he is an extremely good cook..
I think..I am being fed...or I am eating..the most nutritious food since I came to Taiwan 2 and a half years ago..
So the long working hours...and the sitting in front of the computer..and the whole inactive lifestyle has really taken a toll on my body..
The weight put on aside... I now have sore backs...poor blood circulation...bad digestion..
The swimming pool is now too far away...the gym too expensive...and work is a tee wee bit too far to walk to everyday..
So now... the war against fats and water bloatedness begins..
And step no. 1 is to make better use of my bicyle...a xmas gift from Amore..
I call it "Barbie"... because its pink..white...with a basket in front..and totally girl and gigglish..
So today was the first day that I rode to and from work...and can I say.. I am hooked..
Its not dangerous.. I ride on pavements...so I ride about 30 minutes everytime..
Am planning to keep this going.. the fact that I am going to save considerably from transportation will get this lazy butt on the bicycle everymorning..
Of course...there are some inconveniences..like having to change everyday in the office just before entering the office..
I cant simply do my job wearing sweat pants.. winter bunny hats...gloves..and converse sandals..
Did I forget to say that its freezing over here?
Like 10 degrees just...and I had a splitting headache...coz it was simply too cold to ride...
Anyways that aside...so it also means that from today...dinner will be split into 2 portions..
And apples will replace sweets during crunch time in the office..
THE WAR AGAINST FATS STARTED TODAY!
Bye bye chocolates..
You will be the hardest to let go..
